A new way to think about quitting smoking...

EX is a whole new way to think about quitting smoking - it's about re-learning life without cigarettes. We can help you learn how to do everything you currently do while smoking cigarettes, but without them.

The free EX quit smoking plan is based on personal experiences from ex-smokers, as well as the latest scientific research from the experts at Mayo Clinic. Whether this is your first try to quit smoking or your 10th, the free EX plan can help you stop smoking.

Our Three-Step Plan.

The EX quit smoking plan teaches you how to re-learn life without cigarettes in three steps - all geared to help make the seemingly impossible possible.

Re-learn Habit - Learn how to deal with your smoking triggers without cigarettes.   Re-learn Addiction - Learn the true power of nicotine addiction on your body and brain and how to fight it.   Re-learn Support - Learn how your friends and family can help you quit smoking, even if that means just giving you some space.

Visit the EX Community.

The EX online community is an important part of the EX quit smoking plan. It's the place to connect with others trying to stop smoking, read blog entries from people like Dr. Richard Hurt - a quit smoking expert at Mayo Clinic - and see how others are re-learning their lives without cigarettes.

Set a Quit Smoking Date.

Good news. Your quit smoking date shouldn't be today. Taking the time to PREPARE before you throw that last pack away can increase your chances of successfully quitting smoking. This section will give you all the tools you need to get ready for the date you stop smoking and for becoming an EX for good.

Signing up is the first step to becoming an EX. It's absolutely free and takes only a few minutes. By signing up, you can track your progress as you re-learn life without cigarettes, plus have access to all the resources and support you need to become an EX.

Stay An EX.

Once you quit smoking by re-learning life without cigarettes and become an EX, it still takes work to remain an EX. In this section of the plan, you'll learn new ways to deal with stress and other big smoking triggers, the places to watch out for during the first few weeks and additional resources that can help you stay an EX for good.
