You’re doing great. You’ve quit smoking.

Now it’s time to stay an ex-smoker.

We’ll start with a look at the benefits and rewards of quitting smoking. There’s a lot to be proud of and simply feeling better is just  one of  the rewards.

We’ll also talk about keeping the weight off while you quit. (It’s easier than you think.) Of course, you’ll always find plenty of advice on the weight topic from members in our EX Community, not to mention help and support for any challenge you find yourself facing.

And we end with the very important topic of how to find new ways to relieve stress. Fact is cigarettes never actually relieved your stress one bit. They just satisfied a nicotine craving. Now it’s time to re-learn life where stress is relieved in healthy ways.
