Tell people what you need when stopping smoking.
Remember family and friends can be a huge help when you're quitting smoking - or they can be smoking triggers. Think about the people you know will support you at home and work. Think about the people who won't. Chances are, you won't be able to avoid the people who won't support you, so prepare yourself when you know you're going to be around them. Don't let them be the reason you start smoking again.
