Remember, family and friends can be a huge help when you're quitting — or they can be tobacco triggers. Think about the people you know who will support you at home and work. Think about which people won't. Chances are, you won't be able to avoid the people who aren't supportive, so prepare yourself when you know you're going to be around them. Don't let them be the reason you start smoking, vaping, dipping or chewing again.
