Now that you've gotten started with your quit, keep up the momentum and continue to stay tobacco/vape-free. 


Here are some ways to do that: 

  • Consider using a nicotine replacement medication now for trigger times that will pop up
  • Stay connected with support (at home, at work, and on the EX Community)
  • Reward yourself for small and large accomplishments. These don't have to be expensive. Even small rewards will help keep you motivated to stick with your goals.  

When you're ready, set your quit date. Setting a quit date gives you time to get ready, and gives you something to work toward.
