The more cigarettes you track, the more you'll learn to help you prepare for your quit day. Check out your stats and look for the triggers where you've marked the urge as "High." And if you tracked your cigarettes for more than one day, look for the "I don't really need to smoke this, but I'm going to do it anyway" cigarettes. They're the ones where the urge is pretty low, but you smoke them automatically whenever a certain trigger pops up, like driving to work or having your morning coffee.
