Congratulations on your recent quit!
No matter how you did it, the most important thing is you did it! We'd love to know-when did you quit?
Now that you've gotten started with your quit, keep up the momentum and continue to stay tobacco/vape -free.
Here are some ways to do that:
- Consider using a nicotine replacement medication now for trigger times that will pop up
- Stay connected with support (at home, at work, and on the EX Community)
- Reward yourself for small and large accomplishments-these don't have to be expensive-even small rewards will help keep you motivated to stick with your goals.
When you're ready, set your quit date. Setting a quit date gives you time to get ready, and gives you something to work toward.
